Q: Why the smart doorbell cant turn on with the batteries?
A: You need to take off the plastics sticker on the batteries then charge it 8hours, it will work.
Q: If wifi signal is too weak near the door, How can I solve the signal problem?
A:Firstly you can check the doorbell receive how much % WiFi signal in the App. You shall order with the wifi extenter, It will hope you extend the wifi signal distance.
Q:Why my new battery work short time?
A:1.For airline require: all rechargable battery must keep 0-60% power, if not, parcels can’t be shipped by air post.So some battery is empty or less power. please charge battery full at the first time you use.
