This bike was delivered expertly packaged. It was throrughly packeged, wrapped, and protected from even a scratch or damage. Assembly? was actually fun. Allen erenches and a multi tool, but I do suggest a screwdriver instead of the allen wrench/screwdriver. It even included a tire pump!
First time out. WOW, the bike is heavy and strong. , it took less than 2 hours to charge up. The manual concerning the computer and instructions is a little tricky. riding it was cool, this is a fast bike! The max speed is 20mph, and thats plenty fast for a bike. 2 hours riding it and the battery is still fullycharged. I’m 6’4″, and I fit on this bike just perfectly. ONE DOWN SIDE ….I suggest a new seat, I’m only 165# and not alot of padding…This is my first electric bike. Delivery was a week early too! Price with shipping was WELL UNDER the $1000+ or so electric bikes cost. It is NOT a cheap bike. GREAT price, heavy and strong and solid, I highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy.
NOTE TO BUYERS: iF YOU BUY THIS BIKE, buy another seat….any length of time on this, or any other bike actually, you’re going to want a wider more comfy seat.
