Located in Cayucos, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. Morro Bay Art Association Gallery and Morro Bay Skateboard Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area’s attractions include Brown Butter Cookie Company and Morro Bay State Park. Museum of Natural History and San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area’s animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Come stay at the “BEACH HOUSE”! It was built for people who love comfort and luxury! Breathtaking ocean views abound from the huge deck and from inside almost every room in the house! It’s only a quick 20 second (yes, second!) drive to the sand, so you can take a long walk on the beach or relax in one of the Tommy Bahama beach chairs! Sit on the huge, private deck keeping warm and cozy by the fire pit while sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching for dolphins and whales swimming by!

This completely remodeled “Beach House” has spectacular ocean and coastal views from every room (but one bathroom)! Equally as incredible, is the large, gated, glass-enclosed, private deck that provides 160 degree stunning views of the beautiful water! Beautiful deck furniture, a natural-gas BBQ, a large outdoor picnic style table that seats six, and the fire pit makes it easy to spend your time outdoors while watching the surf!

Special care has been taken to make this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home feel luxurious, and at the same time, very warm and inviting. The living room and open-concept kitchen have unbelievable views of the ever-changing ocean. Open the wall-to-wall windows and door and step right outside to the expansive deck which makes indoor/outdoor living so easy and convenient. The “Beach House” features beautifully appointed furnishings with coastal accents throughout!

Just want a relaxing time? Then, settle in, by turning on the gas fireplace and a little music, opening the couch into a full-size bed and curling up with a good book while enjoying the amazing ocean view.

Wake up in the morning with fabulous views of the beach and ocean right from your bed! Often times, at night and with the windows open, you can hear the sound of the waves. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and have been beautifully decorated with comfortable queen-size beds making for a cozy stay in bed each morning. The master bedroom has a small glass-enclosed deck with a table and two chairs where you can sip your morning coffee, read a book or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The 2nd bedroom features a cozy little sitting nook that looks out to the ocean.

The upstairs bathroom has a sizeable glass-enclosed shower with a rainfall shower head and additional shower heads that make for a spa-like experience!

The main level features that incredible ocean view from the open-concept kitchen & living room. The beautiful kitchen features a large island with space for six bar stools, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and even an insta-hot/-cold filtered water dispenser. The living room has a gas fireplace, a 40″ Smart Sony High Definition television, a comfortable couch that pulls out to a full-size bed, two leather 360° rotating swivel chairs, so you can easily see the ocean or talk to someone on the deck, and also additional seating or coffee tables, if needed.

The downstairs bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a rainfall shower head as well as a handheld shower head. The vessel sink and wave-like tile wainscoting make for a very “beachy” experience.

Pack up the onsite backpack-style Tommy Bahama beach chairs (with multiple storage pockets), beach towels, beach umbrella and the rolling Igloo cooler and head to the beach. It’s that easy!

– Luggage and other larger items can be stored in the garage.

– The “Beach House” is located on the east side of Highway 1. If you are a light sleeper, we provide individually wrapped, disposable earplugs for our guests as well as white noise machines.
