Quick Tips for Your New E-bike:
1. Confirmation of Receipt: Please confirm receipt in our store after you have received your e-bike.
2. Initial Charging: Please fully charge the e-bike upon receipt for the initial charge. Avoid riding with low battery levels to prevent damage to the battery.
3. Safe Charging: Charge the e-bike correctly, Turn off the e-bike and turn off the battery switch before charging. Plug the charger to the e-bike first, and then to the power socket. Use only the original charger provided. Once charging is complete, disconnect the power socket first, and then disconnect the e-bike.
4. Riding Preparation: Before riding halo knight, inspect and securely tighten all screws, ensuring the safety lock is engaged. Initially, use the low gear to acclimate to riding the e-bike, and only shift to higher gears once you’re familiar with all functions. Avoid high speeds when not accustomed to the bike’s functions to prevent loss of control and potential injury.
